The Jews of York have built their Sukkah on the Terrace of the Friargate Friends Meeting House for the third successive year.

Afterwards they held a short, informal service in the Sukkah itself, conduced by Student Rabbi Gabriel Webber, to mark the beginning of the festival of Sukkot.

The Sukkah will remain at the meeting house until next weekend (subject to high winds!!) and can be visited by anyone passing during this time.
